Kim Jeffrey Kurniawan (born March 23, 1990) is an Indonesian football player, currently playing for the Indonesian football club Persema Malang. He gained fame in Indonesia after the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) decided to naturalize Kurniawan for their "naturalization program." On December 6, 2010, he officially holds an Indonesian passport, becoming the first naturalized Indonesian football player after Cristian Gonzáles. Kurniawan will enter the player selection for the under-23 team, who will participate in the 2012 Olympics qualification and the 2011 Southeast Asian Games. Kim speaks German, English, Indonesian, Chinese and Javanese.
